Attached is Simple Template with few indicators only if anyone wants to use.

Note :
Folder Directory for Indicators is - Default Indicators Folder : Metatrader 4\MQL4\Indicators
i.e. Copy all indicators in Folder : Metatrader 4\MQL4\Indicators
