FNC_DB5 Version 1.01 for MT5.
It is a simplified but practical version.
Indicators are still few.

Created two templates.
- #51, which is a port of xard v39 to MT5
- ported #231201, currently the top performer on MT4, to MT5 #52

I do not know the results of EA#51.
