Phase Change Index (Inverted)

Try, seems ok, not very impressed with the filtering though, maybe you all can find some better settings.

As mentioned by Mladen, this version:

• Is inverted (the original shows values when the phase should change, and the is exactly the opposite of the trend)
• Has an option to produce smoothed values added (which is probably what is needed more in the original version)
