if you seen the 1,2,3 FRACTAL (recent snap attached)
point 1 should be on channel touch
point 2 fractal point confirmation and breakout level when the 3rd fractal confirmed to fulfill the triangle

breakout is validity is judge by 3rd fractal confirmation on current bar.
