can you possible to filter arrow as per the below condition!

DOWN
1. stoch lines starts from 80 to 40 level (0) ;
lines reach to 40 level (1) ;
stoch cross above 40 level (2) from below
40 level

2. when stoch line cross 40 level and cross each
other above 40 level with arrow.
