The main core of this new setup is the cross of the RSI at the mid level.
However, there is no RSI anywhere on the chart or sub-window.

Instead, I am using the EMAs crossing over one another to recreate the RSI crossover and I also show it in the sub-window Trend Histo indicator.
Thanks to Kvak for coding the EMA Ribbon crossover and mrtools for adding the BB stops and coding the Trend Histo to match (and pretty much cleaning up all the code).

Metatrader does not do volume but we can cheat and create our own momentum by using the crossing of the RSI at the midlevel and recreate that on the crossing of the EMAs showing our momentum by way of a nice color coded Ribbon and Trend Histo - keeping everything as a Simple Trend Following Trading System.
