As the name suggests, the ALMA indicator is a moving average (MA) variant and was created by Arnaud Legoux in 2009. The goal was to decrease the lag commonly encountered with moving averages.
• Added ALMA as another moving average method (AMA, RMA, KAMA, ALMA, NEMA, DEMA, TEMA)
• Updated the default parameter values... As a result, please make use of the templates provided.
• New users MUST read and follow these STEPS.
• New templates (a must) ...with stripped template (v2v_simple.tpl)
