I can't tell you why just from your post,
From the message I imagine a schedule has been set.
Trade pauses due to EA execution are managed on a schedule.
Set up a schedule and allow the EA to run.

"FNC_dashboard_scheduler" is an indicator.
The magic number must be set. Set other parameters as well.
