I would ask to our coders to double check for the update problem, and if they can't resolve it put an auto refresh on the indicator (if possible with an external setting, ex 1 seconds).

Not sure how to fix that indicator, hopefully someone will in the meantime found this auto refresh indicator maybe you can use. From my understanding it will automatically quickly change timeframes back and forth to refresh.
Description:
Put it on the chart and set the period. Let's say 5 minutes.
Then, every 5 minutes, he will imperceptibly switch the TF to an older one and then
back.

ps) found 2 more not really sure how they work, because all i have is the ex4. Just guessing but think you can set them to refresh quicker.
