Remove "FNC_dashboard_Ind_ss_LineCross"

The signal function for line crosses has been increased.
Horizontal lines and trend lines are still monitored.

Previously,
indicator had to be added to all charts to be monitored.

After the change,
only one indicator needs to be added to the same chart as the dashboard,
All open charts will be monitored.

Add lines to important breaklines and bullback lines,
and prepare for trading.
