China will spy on the US from Cuba.

The article talks about an electronic intelligence base aimed at the United States. The Pentagon is already aware that any movement of US military equipment will be immediately noticed by China.

The equipment will allow listening and intercepting electronic messages in the southeastern United States, where many military bases are located, as well as monitoring the movement of American warships. The base will be located about 100 km from the state of Florida.

We add to this the allied relations between the PRC and the Russian Federation and expect that Russian electronic warfare will be tested in Cuba.
