I suspect that the Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin is probably right, it will start on May 9th (Russian Holiday) and will be all over by the 15th.
Zelensky has already lost, he ploughed over 30% of his entire army into Bakhmut, best troops and equipment, and they are all gone. The west will stop funding this debacle if he does nothing but he only has raw recruits left, they will be decimated.
Reminder that the US (NATO) has given no assurances to the Ukraine as to what happens to the Ukraine as a state if they lose. The Russians may well move up to the Dnipro river that is a natural, defensible east west divide and Poland are keen to grab the north west while there is nothing to stop them.
