You want to use the Green Zigzag to trade off, but more to the point you want to concentrate on the White Dot (Pink/Blue Arrow), that should be your real BIAS on the 15min chart to trade away from. So if the White Dot (Pink/Blue Arrow) is say a TOP then you would look at SELL trades during the UK/US sessions when price crosses the T1MA line towards the channel line (inner channel for Green Zigzag line to Blue/Pink large Dots and outer channel line when price makes a new White Dot (Pink/Blue Arrow). Once you get your head around this easy move you will win hand over fist as you will be trading in the direction of the Trend.

minha duvida é a seguinte quando olho pro lado esquerdo vejo o zig zag uma LTA , e logo apos uma seta grande mostrando a reversão.... estou me confundindo basicamente no que seguir devo seguir o zig zag branco ou verde , mas ai aparece aquela seta grande contrariando a direção dos zig zags.... ai nao sei se devo vender ou comprar...
todos os sistemas que tem por ai existem um passo a passo, justamente pra nao confundir.... é isso que preciso saber a ordem de olhar as coisas e o que devo olhar para entrar em uma operação....

postei as fotos pra esclarecer qual é minha duvida...
1)na primeira foto ambos zig zag indicam alta , entao teoricamente nao deveria entrar nessa venda?Mas logo apos isso vem uma seta grande indicando venda e essa seta esta no canal , fiz a venda e levei loss......

2) na segunda foto mostra uma compra , a favor dos zigzag branco e verde e ignorando a seta grande do canal, essa operação seria uma vitoria....
essa e minha principal duvida o que devo seguir...

My doubt is the following when I look to the left side I see the zig zag an LTA , and right after a big arrow showing the reversal .... big arrow going against the direction of the zig zags.... then I don't know if I should sell or buy...
all the systems out there exist a step by step, precisely so as not to confuse.

I posted the pictures to clarify what my doubt is...
1) in the first photo both zig zag indicate a high, so theoretically I shouldn't enter this sale? But right after that comes a big arrow indicating a sale and this arrow is in the channel, I made the sale and took a loss......

2) in the second photo it shows a purchase, in favor of the white and green zigzag and ignoring the big arrow of the channel, this operation would be a victory....
this is my main doubt what should I follow...
