BYW, I think there is no issue to filter arrows based on Dkx indicator!!

rules as below
arrow down
1) oracle lines (blue & red) below Dkx orange line and crosses down arrow when the Dkx lines green below orange line (see snap 2)
2) if both Dkx arrow and Oracle dot are confirmed on same bar. (see snap3)
