Hello, it is not hard, for better understanding use line rsi...
Outer level cross is when rsi cross overbought, oversold levels.
Middle line cross mean- simple (overbought+oversold)/2..in this case (60+40)/2 is 50 level.
Oposite level cross mean- when rsi cross level, trend continue to cross of oposite level...If uptrend start when rsi cross 60 level, trend continue to another cross 40 level...
