National Grid of Massachusetts just announce their winter generation charge. Up 22.4 cents/KWh to 33.9 cents/KWh. All in thats 47.9 cents/KWh including the 14.0 cent/KWh delivery charge. Probably close to what Europe will be charging this winter.
