DSS Double Smoothed Stochastic of OBV (On Balance Volume)

This is a double smoothed stochastic of obv with discontinued signal lines. One thing about the obv it's by default set to use tick volume, wasn't sure if there are any mt4 brokers who use real volume but there are settings for real volume, just in case.
