arrows ：
Arrow I need MA of BB flat sw to send arrow through Bollinger Bands
same as !! dpo-bb


Alert can be divided into 2 parts,
1. The expansion and contraction of the Bollinger Bands
2. The MA crosses the Bollinger Bands
