How to easily follow the trend on a 1 min chart:

2 instances of unizigzag - 1 low & 1 high set to 4 hr tf

Uptrend = above low unizigzag and above mid line of high unizigzag

Downtrend = below high unizigzag and below mid line of low unizigzag
