the arrow shall be confirmed after close price. after close price only the direction of price action and CCI line will be followed as per rule.

note:- if the above rule meets only when the CCI current close price line < previous bar close price line && also previous bar should be bearish ; current price bar should be Bullish- for up arrow

this rule can be more effective at OB/OS level breaks line
