Mrtools has now made a non-repainting Balance of Market Power for MT4 (thanks to Mladen's code). Although it doesn't come with much yet, it's purpose is to measure the Strength of Buyers against Sellers. With your ideas, we hope to develop it further: viewtopic.php?p=1295476130#p1295476130
