Let me put it this way...do some research on CCI.

Please don't expect everything on platter even though i want to help as much as i can.

I will give you a subtle hint on CCI 0-200 : Its like the gears of a car. It tells me on which gear the car is currently on.

Like most indicators it is lagging but its the lagging part of CCI that makes it good.

I use it to quantify my bias and momentum.
