possible to modify this indictator based on the wick percentage top and bottom arrows

wick top %
wick bottom %
wick top & bottom %
if the bottom >/=xx% & top =0% - up
if the top >/=xx% & bottom =0% - DOWN
If the top & bottom have different % -calcuatle and consider higher side ( example : top 40% & bottom 60%; diff 60% - 40% = 20% i.e Up arrow.)
