While you are following little price jerks - expected "war" in your terminology - you could have just relaxed and followed price taking trades on a lower TF off the higher TF MA-touch (look at the last 2 weeks).
But it would have been less hectic - no "war" at all (too boring and too CHF?)
2 - the zone in which there will be a "war".
3 - what do you suggest on "moving"? - please clarify what settings and so on.
4 - I'm at work and look at the charts 1-2 times in 2 hours (I don't strain).
