Posting has definitely helped me.

1) It serves as an accountability factor for one who posts their trade summary or charts etc.
2) It also helps/motivates others to see what can be accomplished.

Here is my US30 trade summary from Aug 16 to till date ( 3 weeks) : On an average 850 pips /85 points per day.
From now on i will be concentrating only on US30.
