I think you really have someting there (not at all new but automatically drawn; despite the fact - and for some people this is really important - that hand-drawn TLs do not repaint!)
Once all your indies are in place and running you should think about starting your own thread.
But who am I to make such a suggestion...
It works on all TFs
1. semaphore
2. wait for close below (above) TL in direction semaphore indicates
3. enter as close as possible to new TL (i. e. wait for pullback before entering or enter on lower TF)
