PS: False signals really abound - using 6-3 (but also others)
another interesting filter could be a "simple" EMA 9 which I borrowed from Xard's approach.
HAdelta says down (+ divergence d) but price goes up after touching EMA 9.
As I already said: the problem isn't the indicator itself but the signal-line.
So - from my point of view - you'd be better served if you asked MrTools to add a slope change function to your outer indicator line (for example blue when up, red when down - the signal would improve considerably and at the same time you could work with above vs below zero for uptrend vs downtrend)
