Is there any chance to have levels added to the MACD input parameters that will auto adjust to all currency pairs?

If this is possible can the provision of 10 positive levels and 10 negative levels be added and able to manually adjust to suit?
It will be greatly appreciated if an alert can be added to the breach of the line at the close of the candle when MACD breached the various lines
