I have a 4-mark broker, so 1.1719 is level 4/8

1. not on all TFs
2. If you read more about MM you will find out that 4-8 is a strong support and resistance. Price often fails there - at least for a while...
If you look at the screenshot 1.17035 might have been a good level to enter (2nd move).
But I'm not saying that it won't break through - price just often stalls at resistance.
