Found an error in adding the double smoothing for the atr adaption., had Atr length which was doing nothing, so anyway it should now be double smoothing the adaption using the atr period. To explain further the bands are based off of the center line (base line) which is adapted by the atr. So not sure I am understanding what you are asking, unless you want the atr outer bands to be determined by a regular atr, that may be possible, just not sure.
