I think I understand what the dead zone supposedly indicates but - look at the chart - doesn't it rather keep you out of good trades, instead of keeping you out of bad ones? (screenshot 1)
Even if you try to improve signals by playing around with your fantastic array of MAs the dead zone is only so-so (screenshot 2).
