I have not found anywhere that ADR was counted from HiLo. I count from HiLo not from the OPEN line.
There is a PANEL in the picture. ADR is 28% the price level is calculated from the opening line.
But HiLo is 157 with ADR 247. So ADR calculated from HiLo is 64%. There are still 90 pips for potential movement after breaking HiLo levels

I think 61-78% is a good place, possibly SL

So much theory, today is the last Friday of the month so the funds close the month, such days often end in red
