Added Session boxes for best trading times
Added Daily High/Low (Black rectangle box)
Replaced the Trend line with a GoldBand line
Adjusted the colour scheme slightly
Amended Trend Meter to match GoldBand line
Amended Spread & Timer functions on Info Panel.
