When you add a TMA highlow channel to the asymmetric TMA band with the same period, this is a good trend filter. If both borders are asymmetric TMA outside, then this is not a trend, when one border is inside a highlow channel, then this is a trend after crossing their borders.
I wish that the asymmetrical channel was done on the Smoother,
he shows better signals
