We strongly discourage outer links and also it seems very rude and selfish when somebody ask for and or expect from others to google things for him/her,that is what you can do too for your own self

Right exact under your new and or quoted message pane,there are 2 tabs,options and attachments,simply click on attachments it will leads you next stage (add files) just click on add files.
