RSI 5 and 14 most be OB/OS in the difrents time frame,?
Position of MA and SMA?

Both charts ema> sma> wma in 5 or 10sec & 1min or 30sec charts ( i am testing in 30 sec)
RSI both are 80/20 but 5 or 7 (i am testing as well)
if 1min or 30 sec chart MA lines are IN same slope and RSI is in 80 , nearby
if 5sec or 10 sec chart MA lines are in same slope and RSI is in 80 or bearby or cross down - DOWN TREND /SELL - 3 to 4min..
Oppoiste for up trend /buy.
avoid mix MA lines both charts, market is not smooth..
test from your side
