Can you please help make an EA for the below strategy.

Indicators:
200 EMA - High & Low
HMA trend indicator

Timeframe: H1
Pairs: All currencies, Gold, Silver

Buy:
Blue arrow from HMA trend
Candle close above EMA High
Arrow formation should within the previous 3 candles (maximum)

Stoploss: Previous low or 200 EMA Low whichever is smaller

Buy Exit:
Opposite color Arrrow

Re-enter upon formation of arrows in the same trending(EMA) direction

Breakeven = 5 pips

Risk = 4%
