Yes, 'Centered' TMAs recalculate as are the ones you have there but there are others that don't, here is one that has a re-draw off/on.

This indicator allows to have the trendflex and the reflex in the same sub-window. It also allows to plot both Reflex ( UseTrendFlex=false ) and Trendflex ( UseTrendFlex=true ) lines.
