So what are bands?
They're standard deviation bands.
When there's less volatility, the bands become tigher and we called it a squeeze.
When there is more volatility, the bands become bigger.
In his book, John Bollinger said after a period of low volatility, comes big volatility.

So how do we trade?
Wait for a squeeze, then trade on the breakout of the squeeze.
