Successful scalping trades can be taken when the indicator breaks the 100 lines. So for a Sell, you'd wait until the indicator breaks the -100 line and open a short position.
For a Buy, you'd wait until the indicator breaks the 100 line and then open a long position.

For agressive entries you can enter upon the cross of the 50 lines.
