Hi Mr. Tools,

The DMI oscillator would not work because the crossing of the level would be too slow in showing reveals or trend changes. I would like, if possible, to have them separate so that when one crosses the MA and the other crosses, it could reveal an entry if other confluences are in place.
The example in the screenshot shows how the DMI oscillator is slower in response to the DMI +/-. I believe having a MA placed on both would solve this problem.

Thanks for your response, but that indicator is just mirroring itself. I believe the DMI+/- are calculated independently of each other. When they are together, I believe it's hard to read. But if analyzed separately, it can give a clearer depiction of price action. Here is an example of the ADX and Stoch with settings of 24 ADX and Stoch 24, 24, 1 (1 Hour TF). Notice when the Stoch drops below the signal line, you can sell, or goes above the signal, you buy if the DMI- is opposite. However, by adding a MA for the DMI-, it would help with entries.

Thanks for your response. But I need the MA to be applied to the DI- and DI+ independently. Based on what I see, the MA applied is to the ADX and not the DM+ or DM-.
