As you can see in the last trade screenshot on Gold, after you get the Grade A signal you wait until a new framework or box is established or you get clues (for example price action candle) then you can find the turning zone or point on M5.

How do you manage the right entry?

I usually would enter where I placed the red circle, but it keeps going up most of the time. So i got 3-4 SL in a row before it keeps turning.
