It does not repaint. But for MTF, of course it will need to re-calculate as explained here:
MTF "repainting".

To have a 12 second chart, you have to download an FX BLUE EA (free)

thanks for ur answer, now I will apply the ea on m5 chart to generate an offline chart of 12 seconds or one minute
