4 Lines alert indi - MT4

I have added extra lines and alert sounds to original HLine_Alert developer "raff1410" indi.
Tried some c/p and common sense, unfortunately those were not enough the complete the task.
- Switching off any line alert sound by selecting "false" is not coded.
- New feature I like to have "HowManyTimeEachAlertsToPlay" is not coded.
They are not coded, because I couldn't as I'm not coder.
Perhaps someone could complete?
